Cognitier
Interactive IT training games for service desk teams. Classify incidents, priorities, and approvals across scenario-based games with a dual-progression system — per-game mastery tiers plus an agent rank ladder earned through boss-fight promotion trials.
What it does
Cognitier turns service-desk training into a playable game. Players work through realistic IT scenarios on a virtual desktop monitor, building mastery across three active games: Incident vs Service Request, Priority Matrix, and Approval Required?. Two more team-based games — Who Owns It? and Escalation Path — are on the way for enterprise orgs with team structures.
Each organization gets its own tenant (subdomain-routed, domain-locked, invite-only), with tiered feature access: free, pro, and enterprise. Admins can configure promotion gates, curate question pools, and — at the enterprise tier — define teams and escalation chains for team-ownership games.
